Our Story
We are Martijn and Migiel van Paassen: two brothers with a passion for technology, horticulture and flavour.
Horticulture is in our blood: our father had an greenhouse with amaryllis and both our grandfathers were also growers.
In our grandpa's old barn in Den Hoorn, we started Cressti: a modern indoor farm where we grow microgreens for restaurants in the region, such as De Centrale, Flow and Kruydt in Delft.
Chefs appreciate our cresses because they are fresh, local and come directly from the grower.
