Tips
Give them a dark start
Let the seeds germinate in the dark for the first 1–2 days. You do this by putting the lid on after you have sown them. This way, they grow more evenly and stronger.
Fill the container as needed
Refill the water reservoir with water when necessary. If you ensure that the middle part is just below the water, you will have neither too much nor too little. Wilting microgreens is a sign of dehydration.
Uncover when the sprouts are visible
As soon as the first sprouts appear, remove the lid and place the kit in a bright spot, such as a windowsill. You can then place the lid underneath the Ichi, so you don't lose it.
Harvest on time
After 6–10 days, your cress will be ready. Cut or snip it fresh and don't wait too long, as it will remain crisp and full of flavour. Place your cut cress in a container with a lid in the fridge to keep it for longer.
